Wow, did the weekend go quickly for you too? Its Monday again so its time to plan this weeks menu. I intend to use as much from the freezer as possible and for the rest I think I will try an Aldi shop to see if we can save any money.
Monday - chicken salad wraps (using leftovers from the weekend)
Tuesday - Homemade Soup and Bread
Wednesday - Lemon and Coriander Chicken, Roasted New Potatoes and Corn on the Cob
Thursday - Haddock with cheese sauce, mashed potatoes and veg
Friday - Hot dogs
Saturday - Beef Stroganoff, mash potatoes and veg
Sunday - Barbeque
So that wraps up the main meals. For breakfast we tend to have two different types of cereal, bread for toast, bagels (I have one very fussy young man who only eats either bagels, croissants or fruit for breakfast) and fruit.
Lunches are normally either sandwiches (Ham, Cheese, Egg for the fussy one, or Tuna), or Cheese and Crackers, a piece of fruit, crisps and a cake.
My sweeties do have snacks but this is mainly fruit.
